湖之东，有龙宫洞，洞内钟乳石千姿百态，宛如仙境。余入洞探奇，见一鲤鱼跃出水面，化作一美貌女子，与余交谈。女子告余，此湖乃九仙修炼之地，鲤鱼便是其中一仙。女子又言，湖中九鲤，实为九仙化身，若得九鲤之助，便能成仙。

余闻言，心生向往，欲求九鲤之助。女子告余，欲得九鲤之助，须先过九关。九关分别为：情关、财关、色关、名关、利关、权关、法关、道关、佛关。余一一过之，终得九鲤之助，遂成仙。

The woman also said that the nine carp in the lake were actually the incarnations of the nine immortals. If you get the help of the nine carp, you can become an immortal.

Hearing this, I developed an aspiration to seek the help of the nine carp. The woman told me that to get the help of the nine carp, you must pass nine gates. The nine gates are: love gate, wealth gate, beauty gate, fame gate, profit gate, power gate, law gate, Tao gate, and Buddha gate. I passed all of them and finally got the help of the nine carp, and became an immortal.
